I live in a 20+ yr old home. Got educated a lot on types of kitchen cabinet doors. It took me while to discover that I have thermal foil kitchen cabinet doors. Edges of the doors closer to the stove started peeling due to heat over time. The estimates to replace came $15K plus as no one in my area “repaired” this type of doors.
